«12 тонн шпрот в соусе». В ГТК рассказали про фуру из Польши с грузом для бастующих белорусов
На белорусско-польской границе была задержана фура с гуманитарной помощью от польского профсоюза «Солидарность» своим белорусским коллегам — ее не впускает в страну белорусская сторона. Об этом сообщил глава канцелярии премьер-министра Польши. Машина с гуманитарной помощью 12 часов находится на границе .
Гродненская региональная таможня подтверждает факт прибытия из Польши в пункт пропуска «Берестовица» фуры «с якобы гуманитарной помощью». Водитель — гражданин Беларуси — прошел паспортный контроль. После чего он представил сотрудникам таможни международную товаротранспортную накладную.
— С пояснений водителя, документ он заполнил собственноручно по указанию диспетчера фирмы-перевозчика. Отправителем груза является польская компания, получателем — белорусская. Каких-либо обозначений, что данный груз действительно является «гуманитарной помощью» не имеется. Дополнительно сообщаем, что указанный в накладной получатель не числится в Перечне получателей гуманитарной помощи Беларуси, — рассказали в пресс-службе таможни.
Там отметили, что других документов, необходимых для таможенного оформления, у водителя не было. Ему предложили запросить их у отправителя груза, но водитель отказался.
— По состоянию на 14.00 27 августа водитель так и не представил требующиеся документы. Диспетчер перевозчика также отказывает в направлении документов как в бумажном, так и в электронном виде. Водителю выставлено требование о необходимости принятия решения о дальнейших действиях в отношении груза, — добавили в таможенном ведомстве.

A truck with humanitarian aid from the Polish trade union Solidarity to their Belarusian colleagues got detained at the Belarusian-Polish border since the Belarusian border control refuses to let it into the country. The head of Poland's Prime Minister's Office made this announcement. A vehicle with humanitarian aid had already been at the border for 12 hours.
The Hrodna regional customs office confirms that a truck 'with alleged humanitarian aid' arrived from Poland at the checkpoint of Byerastavitsa. The driver, who is a Belarusian national, passed passport control. Then he presented an international waybill to the customs officers.
'According to the driver, he filled out the consignment note himself at the direction of the carrier company's dispatcher. The consignor of the cargo is a Polish company, and the consignee is a Belarusian one. There is no indication that this cargo is really "humanitarian aid." Besides, we would like to inform you that the List of Recipients of Humanitarian Aid in Belarus does not include the recipient indicated in the waybill,' commented the press service of the Customs.
They noted that the driver did not have any other documents required for customs clearance. They suggested that he request them from the consignor of the cargo, but the driver refused.
'As of 2:00 pm on August 27, the driver has not submitted the required documents. The carrier's dispatcher also refuses to send documents, either a hard or electronic copy. The driver must decide on further action regarding the cargo,' they added in the customs department.
