• Facilitate the recruitment and selection processes for the Moscow office • HR administration relating to joiners, leavers, maternity leaves etc. • Completion of statutory HR documents as and when required • Maintaining HR database • Promote corporate culture by actively taking part in the planning of events and helping out as or when needed. • Good command of English – ability to communicate with native English speakers • Minimum 1 year post graduate experience working in HR with some experience in recruiting • Proven ability to work effectively within a distributed team • Ability to work alternative schedule 11:00 – 20:00 • Proficient Microsoft Office skills including Word, Excel and Powerpoint • Knowledge of local employment law (Russian Labor Code) and statutory compliance • Full medical insurance for employee and family including dental insurance • Healthy snacks in the kitchen • Transportation card • Free English classes (2 times a week during working hours) • Monthly salary will be discussed according to your skills and experienceY
