I am trying to get certain values from an image.

The scenario over here is the image can be of more than 100-300 types but the values or fields I am referring to will be same with may be minor difference.

For example : Name can be ID, similarly it goes for other fields as well but the type of info will be same.

What can be best approach towards this kind of development.

Also, how much accuracy is achievable with document processing since the range is really wide.

Every suggestion is welcome.
