Hai everyone
I need to download files present in a google drive folder which will be moving in through the uploads done by google forms
I have already tried using gsuite activities

activities are there to find file using name then get fileid and  download single file.
Here problem is that we dont know the filename as it doesn’t have any naming convention.



Please help me out to get all files in a google drive folder and download them to local folder.

I have one question, Is this drive you mentioning has multiple folders or single folders with multiple files

Multiple folders with multiple files

1. Folder Aaaaa has 10files
2. Folder Bbbbb has 10files
3. Folder cccccc has 10files

These files in the folders will be moved into folders through uplaods done via google forms

I got it. Three questions,
1)Have you able find the number of files inside each drive folders.
2)Have you able to find the file ids
3)Have you able to find folder ids

2. Iam able to find file id using the filename as i can see it but later when we run the bot we dont know what exactly the file name can be. Thats what is the problem as we dont know the name later
3. Iam able to find folder ID as well but no option to download the whole folder.

Have you tried it with find folders and files activity passing number of files as input and getting all their file ids into an array

Even I have not done it... But thinking will that work out...

We cant pass number of files and get file ID , we can use expression for searching files where exp contains “name” or “name contains” bot will look for those name and get id .

That expression could search for file type

Type in the sense? It may be anyfile type we need all of them

Thought only pdf or xlsx
