You are storing object type into string.

You need to convert row("details") to string like below:

row("details").ToString

Change your Out_config datatype from Dictionary to string in the variables tab

So to summerize you need to:

1. Change your variable to string type where i highlighted

2. In your assign activity ensure its row("details").ToString
