On column you enter the column index for example if its the 4th column your index will be 3.
Alternatively, if your datatable has column headers then you can select the Name and enter the "Column Name".
Where its written value thats your output, create a variable to store the value that will be returned by the activity.
For example press ctrl + K then type variable name myRowValue
