You can do email classification use case e.g. ABC Organization is receiving customer's emails on their email help@abc.com
You need to prepare automation that classifies all the emails received on help@abc.com based on context, based on email category you need to raise support request (in google form) if email is related to any issue in any product you need to create record in google form with "Support" category (Keep one field in google for, Support Ticket, New Inquiry) if bot is unable to understand category then You need to take input from user in Action center.
