If the same error comes only sometimes and not everytime, then it's a connection issue... You can use the retry scope activity with retry interval of minimum 10 seconds

Check your email folder. If u r reading from inbox check folder name properly. If u are reading from any other custom folders check if the folder is sub folder or mail folder in the outlook
