You can use email activities for read, send,attachment and other tasks. Then you nee OCR engine to data processing of PDF. It's pretty simple use case but accuracy and complexity depend underneath data element of pdf that you are trying to process.

1. Customer will send an email to a standard email id, the text files in zip format
2. Bot should download and verify whether the subject of the email matches to payment reference ID
3. If matches, bot must process the text data into Excel and do the required standard analysis
4. Then bot should tranfer the processed data to the same email as reply.
