db-sqlite is dev-dependencies, you can use mysql, pgsql, mssql, etc.
move "yiisoft/db-sqlite": "^3.0@dev", to dev, it's in normal reqs right now

but happy the framework has incredible things like alternative configurations, it can have a maintenance mode, developer and production for example and it works with the console.
