I'm Nuru and i was there with Julia the day for the safari arrangement the safari itinerary was very straight as i spoke the departure time from zanzibar was 7:30 am arraving to serengeti at 10:00 am the game drive is untill in the evening at 6:30 pm and the next day do an early morning game drive untill 11:00 am then departuring back to zanzibar through arusha.
The safari was a 2 days 1 night for melia which my self did each and everything from the bookings and everything to the safari. Really requested Dmitry to go for safari because i had already made the payments for everything from the hotel to the transfers but Dmitry rejected it for more 4 times i instisted and asked him to on safari. Dmitry told me was not his dream safari i was not able to do anything at last minute cancel anything it was 100% non refundable for every part hotel flight nor anything at that time
Well, Nuru. Above you can find a screenshot of Julia's promises:
1. She promised 2 parks safari - it was not true
2. She promised private jeep only for me and my wife - it was not true
3. She promised direct 1 hour flight to Serenheti and to start safari from there - it was not true
4. She promised we stay in the parks until 14:00 - it was not true.
What WAS true:
1. 3 hours flight for the airport and 1.5 hours transfer to Serenheti where we were supposed to pick up a local guide and common jeep for 6 pax just to have 2 hours safari.
2. Early wake up next day 07:00 A.M. just to go to Arusha airport where to have 2 local flights to bring us back to Zanzi - and THAT'S IT. Nothing else.
No normal safari, no private jeep, no chartered planes... just 2 hous of safari for 2700 usd. 12 hours of flughts and transfers to get 2 hoyrs safari... Yes, that's not my dream. Julia lied - it's clear. I want the people to know my experience of dealing with Julia. She ignored my requests to meet early to discuss, she gave changed details last minute and gave them false - the final picture I got having received the tickets from which I understood I paid for nothing. All I stated is correct. You say you dont speak Russian to understand what Julua says. So I tell you - she lies.
