Hello, why can't I write new polls? Is there a limit?

🇷🇺 Всем привет. Создание новых опросов, и редактирование старых теперь доступно только по подписке. Для новых пользователей первые 10 опросов - бесплатно. Стоимость подписки уменьшена до 100 руб в месяц.  Почему я решил сделать бота платным? Потому что последние 2 года я плачу за аренду серверов для бота по ~80 евро в месяц, а платные подписки до сих пор покрывали не более 5% от этого.

🇬🇧 Hello. Creating new polls, and editing old ones is now available only by subscription. For new users, the first 10 polls are free. The subscription price is reduced to $2  per month. Why did I decide to make a bot paid? Because the last 2 years I pay for renting servers for a bot at ~80 euros per month, and paid subscriptions have so far not covered more than 5% of this.
