the bot is added to the group as Admin, and the Chat ID was added to the poll im pTG with the bot, but the poll does not show up in the Group-Chat. Any Idea?

found it: adding the chat was not sufficent, an additional Click on the listed TG sent it.

That's how "publish" feature working. Publish->choose the group/channel. Done
