Покажите все настройки опроса, лучше в личку. Я сам тестил на 3х разных клиентах, всё работает, лишних знаков нет.

I have a question. My premium will end next month. Can others vote for the poll which i made now (even after expiry). I know that i cannot make new poll without premium but question is can they vote?

You will able to use (publish, get results, edit, etc) your already created polls. Those polls will work as usually. But new poll finished creation will be unable without positive balance.
