yes we are offering the privacy Protocol and Technology. for the regulation. i think exchanges can do more on the KYC side. the Technology is neutral.  also for privacy, you have some good Usecase in real life, like government issue some bond,, they can privacy token rather than transparent ERC20.

Neutron is almost finished on code, we will release it out this year. i think it bring some change to the smart contract ecosystem.

1.2 - we have thought about launching a mobile full node. It's not impossible but we have to ask is it really worth it. The processing power of a phone is pretty high, more than a raspberry pi which you can launch a node on - it's really a question of battery life. If someone wanted to launch an android full node - we'd definitely want to take a look at it. But with offline staking, people stake coins from their phone, so the novelty factor isnt as large.

i think Qtum inherit the best part of Bitcoin and Ethereum and based on that we are building a lot of innovations. developer can always find similar tools in Qtum ecosystem. also Qtum is pretty decentralized POS network and no entering barrier and everyone can become a full nodes in Qtum network like Bitcoin.

People compare Qtum to Neo because we both have a lot of influence in China, but we are actually pretty different. Qtum leverages the bitcoin & ethereum protocols so we can do many things that Neo cannot, and vise versa. But we really believe the difference comes down to our consensus protocol where we aim to be a lot more decentralized than DPoS chains.

10) As I can see in your new updates and programs you are using the rather rare Rust programming language. Please tell us why have you decided to use it and how important it is for the Neutron infrastructure?

haha Qtum is still pretty young project. also i think what Ethereum promote earlier like Dapps is not really working. right now, the most used smart contact is release new tokens and also the stable coin transactions.. i think a lot of public Blockchain will focus on different market.

Spacechain released a Qtum full node into the Space. for Mpos Qtum is using now, if you find a block, you will get the block reward after a certain time, so we delay the reward to force you be honest to the network. also we implemented some other protection in the Consensus, so it's hard to attack the POS Consensus now.

This will always be a tradeoff. You want all the good people to have privacy, but you don't want the bad actors to use it. Look, we are using telegram now, but many governments don't like telegram because bad people use it. I think society has a lot more to lose by giving up privacy if the only mission to catch bad guys. You can make confidential assets on top of Qtum (the privacy is needed by governments & corporations) how will governments pay their foreign assets without them getting caught? how will business make contracts without their competitors knowing how much they paid and for what? The on-ramps & off-ramps are the places the governments have and will continue to have a focus on to stop these bad actors. And at the base level, Qtum will stay pseudonymous.
