Umi deposit and withdraw not working

What is the issue

If you want to withdraw funds please follow these steps:

1) Tap "My wallet" button at the top-right ↗️ corner.
2) Now select the appropriate currency (or just type it in search field) and click "↗️", it is a withdrawal button.
3a) On a cryptocurrency withdrawal page fill the address and amount field, also fill other additional field if needed (memo, destination tag, public key, comment etc) and click "Withdraw funds" button.
3b) On a fiat funds withdrawal page select one of the provided systems (Adv Cash, NixMoney, Perfect Money or Payeer), fill the wallet and amount field and click "Withdraw funds" button.
4) Enter your 2FA-token if two factor authentication is enabled.
5) Login to your email account, open the withdrawal request letter and copy the PIN-code from the letter to the appropriate field on a website.
6) Done! A withdrawal will be credited to your account shortly.
