This process doesn't work and now support is telling me to buy a different coin, to have my deposit returned this whole thing is ridiculous with Alpha. If l sent Eth and USD from coin base,...l should be able to send it back,..really not happy.  And this isnt fud just reality. I honestly  feel like there's somthing nefarious going on

This is BS somebody's screwing around with people's money dude, coustomer support isn't helping, and you guys are getting alot of bad press about this, I'm glad l deposited only 420 USD,..I was about to send 10K! Somebody needs to get these issues figured out. I even bought ETH to make sure the fees would be paid. Fishy stuff going on here man.

I get it, but unless you communicate from the customer support team l don't give out anything dude , I'll continue to deal with them, l just needed the community to know that they are not doing good business. I'm more pissed about the fact that l almost sent 10k to trade,...l would have been on a flight to see some one had that happened.  Nor sure why they advertise these trading pairs and they don't work, and then suggest to use a different trading pair,...and that different pair fails too!! There has been way too much advancement in crypto for this crap to be happening,...l just want them to send what's in my wallet back forget it, I've been trying to trade with Alpha for a month. And the money is just sitting there. Completely unacceptable!

You have deposited the USDC, which is ERC20 token. Every ERC20 token have it's fee in ETH if you want it to withdraw (and this fee is displayed on the withdraw page). If you want to withdraw, your account should have ETH for cover the needed fees. USDC wasn't officially launched on the BTC-Alpha platform, so there are no trading pairs except USDC/USDT.
There are plenty of options you can use.

I've tried to withdraw 10 times, there is no reason that we should have to go thru all of these loop holes,...if l send money l should be able to withdraw,...and as it sits l cannot get my deposit back

You are able to withdraw USDC if you want, but as was said before you need ETH on the account to cover the withdraw fee. If you have insufficient funds to cover the fee you can wait until it's reduced (we are often correct the fees when network fees changes). Also the available USDC/USDT trading pair if you want to trade it or convert in other currency (there is only one available trading pair because USDC wasn't officially launched).
