Не могу вывести средства, просит код с емейл почты, немого найти этот код, подскажите пожалуйста какой код?

При запросе вывода средств на почту будет прислано письмо с PIN-кодом (как при входе на сайт), который нужно ввести в соответствующее поле.

Я который раз уже жду этот PIN-код, но нету, в чём проблема?

Выполните выход со всех Ваших аккаунтов, включая аккаунт почты и биржи. Проследите, чтобы расширения и плагины в браузере были отключены, а также почищен кэш браузера и cookies. Затем повторите попытку.

I have been trying to verify.. on the part where I need to take a selfie with ID, it keeps saying photo is blurry take again... Tried multiple times

In case of poor photo quality, difficulties arise with the passage of verification. Please upload a quality photo. You can ask someone to take a picture of you or use another camera.

I tried both.. taking photos and uploading photos.. neither works
