Business Manager with strong Project Management skills for fast-growing business.
Led by Celinne Da Costa, a leading expert in storytelling and branding, our company offers premium coaching services and educational courses for entrepreneurs, service-based providers, and experts.
Business Manager is responsible for all things operations and working closely with Celinne.
You’ll be taking her goals and visions for the company, breaking them down, and creating/managing the action plan and execution, while she focuses on driving the vision and strategy forward.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Operations, project and team management, systems and workflows, business and funnel strategy. You need to work with your team using best way without involvement from the CEO.

Requirements include:
You have experience and feel confident managing a small team (5+ people).
Experience with launches, digital marketing, funnels, and/or working with online businesses.
Ability to work fast and juggle multiple projects simultaneously. To meet the deadline is in priority.
This is NOT for you if have:

❌ more than 2 clients at a time
❌ intention for a short-term gig - we need someone for the long haul

CEO is based in Indonesia.
It's an extra plus if you’re in the same time zone or country.
Estimated up to 30-40 hours a week - it’s going to be up to you to determine your workflow. We are measuring your performance on results, not by counting hours.
Pay is commensurate with experience.
