Who are you?
Enhesa is looking for an innovative, curious, self-driven, and solution-oriented Machine Learning Tech Lead; well versed in statistical analysis, text representation, and machine learning technologies. The Machine Learning Tech Lead collaborates with other expert talents to develop NLP algorithms and engines for the enhancement of our systems and processes and to drive efficiency and effectiveness in the content creation and quality workflows. In addition to excellent technical skills, the Machine Learning Tech Lead has great communication skills and can therefore make complex issues understandable to different audiences.
While keeping track of innovation and industry best practices, the Machine Learning Tech Lead also constantly seeks ways to identify and gather intelligence, insights, trends and metadata from the vast amount of compliance content we author in a wide variety of languages.
What would be your key responsibilities?
• Collaborate with relevant expert talents to identify and prioritize ML enhancements in line with business needs
• Study and transform data science prototypes
• Identify appropriate datasets and drive annotation for supervised learning techniques
• Design and develop ML applications and products, with a back-end focus
• Develop, adapt and implement the right algorithms for ML tasks
• Iteratively (re-)train the developed models and run evaluation experiments, performing statistical analysis of results
• Ensure the integration of ML solutions with existing or new services and applications
• Track new state-of-the-art machine learning solutions, emerging technologies and developments in academia
• Translate and communicate technical concepts and solutions to different stakeholders
What would you bring to the table?
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, artificial intelligence, mathematics, or related field
• At least two years of experience as a natural language processing engineer, preferably in regulatory services field and/or publishing industry
• Fluency in English is required, any additional language skills are an asset. Knowledge of data structures, semantic extraction, and modeling
• Knowledge of text representation (e.g., n-grams, sentiment analysis, bag of words, etc.)
• Expertise in technologies such as Python, R, Docker and AWS
• Familiarity with deep learning frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, Keras, etc.)
• Ability to write clean code and design app architecture
