На самом деле есть, но лимитированный - нодгруппы добавить, осушить старые и выключить. И временный.

У нас железный кубер, доступ есть куда хочешь и не хочешь)

а разве есть такой объект как logs?
в доке по ссылке от @vrutkovs  , logs это операция из раздела Misc Operations (непонятно что за разделы такие)

по идее маппинг ресурсов к группам можно смотреть через k api-resources
пустая группа, думаю, core группа (она же legacy, гг)

а версии можно смотреть k api-versions
