Привет! Ищем Technical Product Manager. Компания разрабатывает на базе ИИ свои решения для повышения безопасности, контроля и конфиденциальности подключенных устройств в домах и на предприятиях.

Локация: Хельсинки, Финляндия. Саппорт с релокацией.

Must have skills:
- University degree in Computer Science, Engineering or similar relevant field
- 5+ years of experience in a Product Management, Engineering or Technology Strategy role
- In-depth knowledge and experience of Agile processes and principles
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, analytical and influencing skills, with proven ability to take initiative and build strong, productive relationships
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Intimate familiarity with Linux
- Experience with embedded systems
- Practical involvement in back-end systems and cloud development
- Fluent English

Good to have skills:
- Familiarity with security products
- Previous working experience as an agile Product Owner, or related role
- Demonstrated ability to achieve strategic goals in an innovative and fast-paced environment, and to evolve product strategy based on research, data and industry trends
- Experience working in Telecom or OEM sector

Responsibilities

- Create a holistic product strategy for key opportunities while working closely with our technology and cross-functional teams
- Manage the digital product backlog, including gathering requirements, run tech team stand-ups, and maintain the roadmap
- Prioritize goals, build consensus across teams, and clearly communicate objectives
- Understand overall company performance/priorities and translate these into product roadmap decisions
- Collect data across the business to guide the team towards data-driven decisions
- Develop hypotheses for A/B testing and optimize how our users shop for housing rentals
- Conduct ongoing competitive analysis of other sites, apps, and products to continually identify ways to improve our user experience
- Analyze user behavior via data/analytics and identify opportunities for conversion improvement
- Define and track metrics to assess success and failure of products, while ensuring the team and stakeholders are aligned on goals
- Perform user interviews of actual June Homes members


Requirements
- 5+ years of direct experience in product management and experience of designing, developing, and deploying web-based products using Agile methodologies
- Strong technical understanding of Internet and mobile technologies, experience with HTML, CSS, MarvelApp, Zeplin
- Demonstrated ability to conceive and iterate product features requirements based on customer development, data, analytics, and strategy
- Ability to define feature success metrics and estimate the effect from product changes
- Power user of analytics tools and knowledge of how to use them to surface valuable insights, some experience with SQL would be a plus
- Understanding the necessary product math such as the difference between the mean and median, cohort and segment, progressive and marginal pricing
- Capable of balancing user and business needs while remaining flexible in a fast-changing startup environment
- Excellent presentation and collaboration skills, ability to communicate effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Solid storytelling skills, ability to present a compelling narrative
- Experience working in an Agile environment and with tools such as JIRA/Trello, Confluence, Aha
- Experience working with remote distributed teams, experience working across several time zones
- Happy to work with a range of timelines and pivot when things don’t go as planned

Из смежных профессий в разработке, полагаю, без понимания процессов в it продукте сложно будет, или в небольшой фирме с маленькой зп могут быть готовы учить тебя если ты толковый но не на продакта а на проджекта

А ты считаешь, что при работе в аналитике понимания процессов нет?

Если ты аналитик- у тебя же должен быть доступ к продакту- учись у него

Продакт не везде есть как роль даже

Есть но более отдаленное как мне кажется, продакт часто и швец и жнец, тут важно не только понять что делать, но и как оптимально будет решить ту или иную проблему

Аналитика мне кажется больше про поиск этих самых проблем и идеальных решений, на месте продакта ты включаешь проджекта и стараешься найти золотую середину

Но это мой опыт
