I am asking about mikrotik devices, now hackers are able access them without knowing the login credentials

All what they do is changing admin password, configuring vpn tunnels also enabling radius connection to the device

hackers can do anything with the router. Unfortunately, all this is not possible to take into account. Therefore, I recommend that you reset the device and reconfigure.

as well as on any network devices: close everything to the outside world. Open only what is needed.

They are doing this with a relatively newly found exploit, which is fixed in a new OS version, so update is recomended. Firewall, on the other hand, helps in preventing access of the exploit by outside influences

Thanks for your reply, actually I have a firewall and also restricted user accounts with specific IP addresses of my network.
As it's known they are doing this with public ip addressees and the restriction process is not a good ideas in case of having many prefixs

What you mentioned if they have fixed the issue with new os versions will be great
