I try to read books, but my common problem is grammar, shame to accept, but i only can read & write only simple sentences, and very slow talk.

With enough immersion — meaning reading AND writing — you will eventually grasp the grammatical patterns intuitively and improve. I wasn’t always good at grammar, either.

My impression of learning languages is that one needs to use their subconscious cerebral pattern-seeking devices much more than memorising the grammar. I suggest you read and try to find out what everything means by context. The commonplace method of learning by reading is that you are able to understand no less than 80% of the text you are working on.

I would learn my English by moving slowly from simple texts in Internet through reading mangas in English and then straight to solid pieces of art, like those of Arthur Conan Doyle or George Orwell.

I'd suggest you instead read something you can read (anything really) to grasp the grammar patterns in vivo.
