The goals for this candidate till the end of 2020 is to prepare maquette of future website (mobile and desktop) revisit UI UX of our apps, optimise current UX UI and prove it trough AB test and conversion improvement, maintain speed of website and work to automatise bug tracking on front with QAsport sustainably accessible to the many!
Main responsibilities
- to lead UX UI process and design of new website;
- to test new UI/UX to improve customer experience with A/B test roadmap;
- to conduct research for improvement of UI/UX;
- to manage the relationship with A/B test partners to speed up purchasing comfort process;
- to ensure the Development Team understands items in the Product -Backlog to the level need;
Profile&Skills:
- customer Deligther and story teller: you don't only listen needs you generate over-expected
- you have unifying and communication skills.
- you know agile methodology: SCRUM, Kaban...
- knowledge of HTML, CSS, Javascript and infographic tools
- familiar with JIRA and project management softwares.
- fluent English.
