Any change of poll view becomes seen for all members of the channel. Thus if you will be redirected to another poll then other members may not vote in previous one. That's why redirection to another view working such way.

Redirection starts earlier than message in alert, it's the telegram feature. Use message in chat when you activate "another poll" function
