- Понимание всех этапов разработки продуктов

- Опыт работы с таск-трекерами (jira, redmine или иные)
- Понимание общих принципов разработки и функционирования web-систем

Technical Product Manager

Associate Technical Product Manager – Integration
Intapp Integrate is an application and data integration tool, which could be deployed in both on-premise and on-cloud environments. It provides a simple, straightforward way to create and manage data communications across a variety of software systems. It allows organizations to streamline IT data architecture, implement master data management initiatives and automate a broad variety of critical business processes.
In this position, you will manage the day-to-day product development activities and work with the Engineering team and QA team responsible for the Integrate product. You will write user stories, design features, manage sprints and release cycles and break down epics provided by the product management team. This position also involves significant engagement and interaction with the Director and Senior level product management professionals.

Key Responsibilities
• Drive specification, definition and implementation of key product components with a keen understanding of user experience and development
• Design application user interfaces and platform components
• Identify requirements and execute objectives of Intapp’s Integration platform
• Shadow requirement discovery sessions with clients and prospects
• Prioritize and develop use cases and product features for development
• Work directly with the Product Management and Engineering leads to plan and execute the product roadmap
• Be involved in all aspects of the product development lifecycle: planning, design, development, deployment, and maintenance
• Be a product expert who is instrumental in translating real-world customer feedback into actionable goals for the engineering and implementation teams
• Be a product owner who can be the go to person for the internal development and engineering team regarding application design and functionality
Qualifications:
• Technical degree: Bachelor of Science or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the software industry as a product manager or business analyst, ideally in the Integration space
• Experience working on projects/programs developing and implementing software and process solutions in an Agile development environment
• Experience with Integration tools (iPaas) - data and application integration
• Excellent interpersonal skills and work with the technical team at Intapp to breakdown user requirements/epics into technical JIRA stories
• Understanding of basic tenets of project management
Additional desired skills:
• Open and engaging collaboration style. High level of energy and initiative. Encourages feedback.
• Experience/knowledge of other Intapp products a plus
• Ability to participate in virtual team efforts, partner across organizational boundaries and influence development directions
• Able to articulate technical issues in terms of business risk and value
• Ability to influence others with innovative ideas
• Strong initiative with the ability to work independently when required
• Delivery focused, willingness to perform all tasks required to complete the job and meet deadlines, including administrative and documentation-oriented tasks
• Strong relationship building, influencing, communication and facilitation skills during times of uncertainty, rapid change, aggressive timelines, budget constraints and operational requirements

Who we are looking for
Motivated Scrum Master with 1+ years of experience handling 1-2 co-located Scrum teams.

Your Responsibilities
-  Promote Agile values, principles, and practices within the teams

What’s required
-  Deep understanding of Agile values and principles, as well as Scrum framework
-  1+ years’ experience working as a Scrum Master
-  Profound understanding of all stages of software development and maintenance process
-  Advanced or Upper Intermediate English
-  Good communication, facilitation and conflict mediation skills
-  Patience and an eye for details
-  Powerful willing to help others
-  Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Good to have
-  Experience in engineering - 1+ years' experience working as a part of a software development team
-  Agile or Scrum Certification (i.e. CSM, PMP-ACP, ICP, ICP-APM, SAFe SSM, etc.)
