Passengers will be refused boarding if they are not holding a negative result of a biological examination of virological screening where the test is carried out less than 36 hours prior to boarding, or a negative test result of a biological examination of virological screening issued within 72 hours prior to boarding as well as a negative antigen test result issued within 24 hours proving that they are free of Covid-19. The accepted types of tests for a biological examination of virological screening are: RT-PCR, PCR, qRT-PCR, qPCR, RT-LAMP, LAMP, LAM, Detection of RNA, TMA. Please note that Antigen detection test is only accepted for truck drivers arriving from the United Kingdom and holders of consular passes. Rapid serological test, Serological test, Serology, Antibody detection, Antibody and IgG/IgM are not accepted.
The requirement to hold a negative test result does not apply to the following passengers:
passengers holding a consular pass issued by a French embassy or consulate. These passengers will be subject to a test on arrival in France and will be required to quarantine for 7 days in designated facilities;
transit passengers;
crew members or personnel necessary for operation of passenger or cargo flights (including when travelling as passengers to or from their departure base);
members of diplomatic or official delegation, and staff of international organisations with offices located in France, including their spouses and children.
