RIPE believes that this block still belongs to Ministry of atomic energy of Russia therefore all deals are not legitimate.

well, how do you know? it’s a legacy block so unless someone from the Russian company/ministry contacts RIPE NCC and asks to get access back to the block, it will still stay registered on the name of IP Broker Ltd and they can still scam more users with it

I believe that broker took advantage of the MD5 vulnerability and managed to update the legacy block themselves and then started ‘allocating’ parts of it to various companies in SY, KZ, NL, DE, etc

So they can recheck access of that persons and check everything. I did already such things. Usually ripe ncc try to do nothing, but if you make some noise they start doing it internaly.

RIPE doesn’t believe in Ministry -> ARIPPS transfer, therefore all transfers after that not recognised.
