1) not all of them because you really don’t need it all that much when you’re part of a city legislature
2) it’s on-the-job training, you often learn it along with your progression in career in politics if you haven’t learned it earlier.

I’ve seen shitloads of politicians with law degrees, social science degree, political science degrees, international relations degrees, and so on — and I’d say, in the modern world they could better benefit from a STEM degree as a basis.

Ok but they don’t become president from the first! They start from the urban congresses!!

Imagine a person like me, doesn’t know anything of politics and social affairs become a president

Well, he’s a billionaire, a businessman, he definitely made international deals with all those factories in China. He’d be all broke if he wasn’t able to do that.

Also the idea of only educated polititians being able do politics is a nightmarish hellscape, with basically government being a limited caste.

Good for you — so the point is a lot of skills acquired in one field can be used in another field with little to no retraining. This makes it possible to move from one area of expertise to another with a small overhead on industry specifics, as a lot of stuff is actually overlapping — and more overlapping that it normally seems. There are loads of skills transferable, say, from software engineering to jurisprudence, let alone business to politics.

But i think in level of the worldwide relations, the good politic decisions leads to good economy
